Introducing MiMove

MiMove helps young people develop a sustained, healthy engagement in physical and enrichment activities. It also provides organisations with real-time insight into young people’s experiences, helping to strengthen participation, inclusion and wellbeing.

The Guernsey FA Academy will be using MiMove across the Aztech, Spirit Development and Mourant Girls Academy to gather feedback on players’ experiences of their sessions.

​

This feedback will help our coaches understand what players enjoy, the challenges they face and where additional support may be needed. By listening to our players, we can adapt our coaching and create positive, inclusive training environments where everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to reach their potential.

Players will not be able to see other players’ feedback. Responses will be used to help coaches better understand players’ experiences and identify ways to improve sessions and provide additional support.

​

Participation in MiMove is completely optional. Players do not have to take part if they do not wish to.

​

For those who choose to take part, every response will help us continue to improve the Guernsey FA Academy experience.
